Pricing Menu
Okay, this is a brief one. I really just wanna share these templates with you because people often say, well, how do I communicate with my clients when it comes to pricing? Look, there’s lots of dynamic pricing tools out there, like ignition goal proposal. So, so, so there is options out there for dynamic pricing. Mark Wickham’s pricing tool,
this is old school. This is how I would present prices, you know, if I didn’t have a tool. Obviously embrace technology, make it easier for you, but the concepts behind can be demonstrated. And these documents, which are in here on page 28, your packs, the first thing I have is I have a proposal. So I have a proposal.
It sets out, here’s our understanding of your current situation. Here are the options. You always start with the highest price option. So here’s the five star option. Here is the four star option, and then here is the three star option. When you do pricing, you wanna keep the fourth, the, the four star pricing option, closer to the five star pricing option,
closer to fits by rather than the third one. So you want the, the tow to top to be closer than the bottom one. And you see menu pricing mostly people will pick the middle or the higher option. That’s just human psychology. And look, this is a template I just wanna show to you in terms of a concept. The next thing I have here is what I call a professional service agreement.
The professional service agreement, it sets out, well, here’s what we’re going to do for you, and here’s the pricing that you’ve agreed. It talks about unlimited access. It talks about, you know, we, you can get constant access to us. It talks about if there is unanticipated services, you get a change order. It gives a service guarantee and a price guarantee,
and it gives your payment terms. Now this document here is supported by a change order. So the change order, this is, if something needs to be changed through scope creep will then, then this is where the change order kicks in. So there’s three templates, three documents, integrate them with your own processes. But I’m asked so often, des,
how do I go about doing menu pricing if I don’t have one of the, the, the, the, the, the tools. I would highly recommend that you look at technological solutions to pricing because it does make life easier, it makes it quicker, and it optimizes the chances of your billing for all the work that you do. But here’s some templates for you to consider.
