ProfitPro Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership and use of the ProfitPro subscription services offered by ProfitPro, Ltd (“ProfitPro,” “we,” or “us”). 1. Membership Options
ProfitPro offers three different membership options: Membership, Mastermind, and Boardroom.

• All benefits of the Membership option.

c) Boardroom:
• All benefits of the Mastermind option.
• Exclusive access to a high-level boardroom group for advanced strategic discussions.
• Intensive mentorship and guidance from industry leaders.
• Priority access to ProfitPro events, workshops, and training programs.

2. Subscription and Payment
a) Subscription: By subscribing to ProfitPro, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee associated with your chosen membership option. The subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis, until you cancel your membership. By signing up for membership you agree to join
the program for a minimum of 6 months.
b) Payment: You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to the payment method you provide during the sign-up process. The payment method must be valid and authorized for recurring payments.
c) Price Changes: We may change the subscription fees for ProfitPro memberships from time to time.
Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to cancel your membership if you do not agree to the new fees.
d) Taxes: All subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the total amount charged, as required by law.

3. Membership Duration and Cancellation
a) Duration: ProfitPro memberships last for a minimum of 6 months are ongoing and will continue until cancelled by you or terminated by ProfitPro.
b) Cancellation by You:
• Membership: Members subscribed to the Membership option may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance of the desired cancellation date.
Written notice can be sent via email to [email protected]. If you wish to cancel your membership inside of your 6-month signing up period, you must pay the balance remaining on your subscription for those first 6 months.
• Mastermind and Boardroom: Members subscribed to the Mastermind or Boardroom options may cancel their membership by providing written notice at least 3 months in advance of the desired cancellation date. Written notice can be sent via email to [email protected].
• c) No Refunds: Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for any subscription fees already paid.

4. Use of ProfitPro Services
a) Eligibility: ProfitPro memberships are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. By subscribing to ProfitPro, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
b) Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your ProfitPro account, including your contact details and payment information. c) Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any activities that may:
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

5. Events
a) Attendance Confirmation: ProfitPro may organize events, including workshops, seminars, and conferences, both online and in-person. Members are encouraged to promptly confirm their attendance for these events to assist in planning and logistics.
b) In-Person Event Cancellations: For events held in person, it is important to note that participant numbers are typically confirmed with the venue or organizers at least 2 weeks in advance. Therefore, members attending in-person events are kindly requested to refrain from last-minute cancellations, as it may result in financial and logistical challenges for ProfitPro.
c) Online Events: For online events, members are still encouraged to confirm their attendance to ensure appropriate resources and technical arrangements are in place.
