    After 26 years working in and with firms of all sizes ranging from the big 4 to mid-sized firms to small firms, I have come to really understand the plight of accounting and bookkeeping firm owners.

    It is truly hard, difficult, challenging, and demanding to build a firm. Either from up from the scratch or from where it was when you become the owner. Despite being trained to help business owners to run their businesses very little time is ever spent on training accountants and bookkeepers to run their own businesses.

    So, it is perfectly normal for you to struggle when running one. But it doesn’t have to remain that way.

    I believe, and have always believed, that there is a better way for accountants to run their businesses successfully and get exactly what they want. Get what they want for themselves, for their team and their clients too.

    And over the past 20 years of working closely with thousands of accountancy firms and helping them build profitable and rewarding businesses… I have seen it all. I have seen what works and I have seen what doesn’t work.

    The common themes that all accountants are experiencing, the mistakes that most firms commonly make, and even how the best practices operate and scale into multi-million international firms.
