We are building an accountability dashboard where month by month you capture what your focus is, what your actions are and we use that to help you hold yourself to account and make progress.
Office Hours Access to Des
Once a month we hold a live Q&A Zoom session for 90 minutes. You come on and you ask me questions that you may have about you, your firm, your team, your clients and your challenges. This is an opportunity for you to interact 1-1 with me but also learn from the peers based on the challenges they have and the questions they are asking.
Mastermind Days
We will have 2 members only Mastermind days a year. These can be attended in person or remotely over Zoom. The days will run from 09:00 to 17:00. This is a time for us to work together and converse together exploring the opportunities that are out there. This is a mastermind so it is not just about me and me bringing knowledge and insights. A Mastermind is about the collective wisdom of the group.

Monthly Build Your Strategy Call
Once a month a group call that focuses on your strategy and what you need to work on right now. We do the work together on the call. All you have to do schedule the time, turn up and participate for the 75 minutes.
Two Day Retreat
All members will be able to attend our annual two day retreat. This is a two day immersive Mastermind experience where we work together in the room but we also have an opportunity to socialise and network together as a group.
Half Day 1-1 Strategic Planning Sessions

Our Boardroom Members will get 3 half day 1-1 strategic palnning sessions each year. This is an opportunity to deep dive into your challenges and issues. In advance of our half day together we will set an agenda and identify what the key focus should be. You, your partners and team can attend as required as work together to set out your personal strategic plan.
Bi-Monthly 1-1 Coaching Calls *
Every second month we come together on a 1-1 call. You will prepare for the call by identifying the wins, the outcome, the challenges and the opportunities in advance. These calls will keep you focused and accountable.
Two Hour Boardroom Coaching Calls *
3 times a year we will come together with our boardroom members to discuss the challenges we face and look at what opportunities there are for the members to explore. This is an opportunity to meet and build relationships with like-minded people.
